ZBT Little Sisters |
|
ZBT has a long tradition filled history at UT. I am proud to say that I was part of it as a little sister in the late 70’s and early 80’s. I have many fond memories of the fraternity: Monday night chapter dinners, Maw’s Good Cookin’, football games, Heisman trophy winner Earl Campbell, little brother pick-up, cheering at intramural sporting events, mixers, matches, Pat O’s and Las Vegas. A favorite event was the Little Sisters annual Senior roast during Las Vegas. (Round up weekend) Many great times and lifelong friendships were made during those years.
I am now seeing ZBT from a parents’ view. My son, Drew, is a member of the rising junior class. Today’s ZBT is once again a thriving fraternity and a leader amongst UT Greeks. New traditions have begun: Dad’s Weekend, Mom’s Weekend, Belly Flop, a Parents’ Club and more… I am most proud of the recent ZBTahiti fundraiser benefitting LiveStrong. The fraternity raised over $5,000. ZBTs can brag about having members with some of the top GPAs on campus, a beautiful house, members in top campus organizations, a great social life and supporters of charitable causes. The proud ZBT tradition at UT continues…
